BotShelf
Privacy Policy
Effective 1 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Zon Perez in Singapore operates BotShelf at https://botshelf.co. There is no company name. Contact zonperez28@gmail.com.
What we collect
Visits and basic technical data through Vercel Web Analytics (pages, referrers, device, approximate location from the network). We do not run Google Analytics.
If you bid: the site URL and the amount. Stripe Checkout handles the card and the receipt email. We receive a payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
If you submit a template or subscribe, we keep what you typed (name, URL, email as applicable).
Cookies
The site uses what Vercel and Stripe need to run the page and Checkout. We do not drop extra marketing cookies.
Why
To run the directory, take paid ad-slot holds, stop abuse, and see whether anyone uses the site. Analytics is for visitor counts, not for selling a profile of you.
Public catalog
The catalog is public on purpose. We show public template names, handles, avatars, likes, share dates, and original X posts when we have them. That information was already public. Templates are other people’s work; we credit; we are not the author.
Processors
Hosting and analytics: Vercel. Payments: Stripe. They process data under their own terms so we can run BotShelf.
Retention
Bid and payment records stay as long as we need them for the hold, accounting, and disputes. Analytics follows Vercel’s retention. Public catalog rows stay until we take them down.
Your rights
You can email zonperez28@gmail.com about a bid or a submission, and ask us to correct or delete it where we can. We cannot unsay a public post we only mirrored as credit.
Children
BotShelf is not for children under 18. Do not bid or submit if you are under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
