Terms of Service

BotShelf is run by Zon Perez in Singapore. There is no company name. Questions go to zonperez28@gmail.com.

What this is

BotShelf is an independent directory at https://botshelf.co. It lists public Grok Bot templates you can add in one tap, and it sells paid holds on the home-row ad slots. It is not affiliated with xAI, SpaceXAI, or Cursor.

Age

You must be 18 or older to bid, pay, or submit.

Payments

Home-row slots are paid holds. The empty price is $5. A higher bid takes the space. If you already paid on that same site URL for that slot, Stripe Checkout only charges the difference. Stripe collects the card and the receipt email. We do not store full card numbers.

No refunds

A completed bid is a digital ad-slot hold. Once Stripe has charged you and the hold is yours, that payment is not refunded. A canceled Checkout is not a charge. If a bid lands after the space already moved, the charge can stand even if the hold does not — that is a race, not a refund.

Listings

Bid only for a site you can represent. Ads are paid holds, not our editorial endorsement. Do not use a slot for malware, scams, phishing, or anything illegal. We can take down an ad or a template at any time, with or without a reason.

Other people’s work

Templates are other people’s work. We credit them. We are not the author. We opened public share links; we have not lived with the bots. Names of third-party products appear because they describe the job. That is fair use, not a partnership.

You license us to display the public metadata we collect for a listing: names, handles, avatars, likes, share dates, and original posts when we have them.

Complaints

If a listing or an ad should not be here, email zonperez28@gmail.com. We will look. We do not promise a timeline.

As-is

The site is provided as-is. Templates can break, vanish, or do something other than the blurb. Review a Bot before you add it.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the thing the claim is about, or zero if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. They, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement for BotShelf.
